Motorcycle Accident Hit and Run

Our client was a 53 year old engineer, riding his motorcycle on a local street.  A car pulled from a highway exit directly into his path, causing our client to be thrown from his bike and suffer a right shoulder injury.  The driver of the car left the scene but was ultimately identified.  The insurer initially disputed liability, but we located witnesses and recovered 100% of our client’s damages.
